The Baths, British Virgin Islands

I don’t know what it’s like where you’re at, but where I am, it’s fifty degrees of miserable. That would be fifty degrees below miserable. Iowa has been enduring an barrage of frigid temps and freezing precipitation. I’ve lost track of how many times school has been cancelled. So, with all this weather misery, I could really use a vacation, which is why Pegman is taking us all to the British Virgin Islands.

I never know what kind of story I will wind up with when I pick a location, but I hope whatever I come up with has the power to warm things up around here!

Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to write up to 150 words inspired by this week’s location. You can use the image supplied with the prompt, or take your own tour of the British Virgin Islands using Google Maps. You’ll find a small collection of both streetview and photospheres to inspire you.

Once your piece is polished, share it with others using the link up below. Reading and commenting on others’ work is part of the fun!

I feel for you with those temperatures. Though I suspect, in some roundabout and convoluted, unbelievable way, we humans will be accused of causing it. 🙂

It’s only raining here, and “cold for California”, but I could certainly use a vacation in the Virgin Islands, too. Great idea!
